15. On the 17th November, 1937, the petition for leave to

appeal herein was signed by the appellant and was despatched

to England by Messrs. Hall Brutton & Co., on the 20th November,

1937. From this stage onwards Messrs. Burchells are familiar

with the progress of the Appeal.
